Upcoming Certified Green Community by Florida Home Builders

Central Park is the latest new home community in Lakewood Ranch just east of I-75, slated to open in July, 2010. Neal Communities and Bruce William Homes are the two florida home builders who have actively contributed towards the development of this community.
